- Members in good standing of a local Baptist church that is equally yoked with the doctrine and philosophy of Great Hope Baptist Church.
- Skilled craftsman—an individual who has a good working knowledge and skills in a skilled craft
- Tradesman—an individual who is certified or works in the field of a stated trade (electrician, mason, plumber, etc.)
- Laborer—an individual with a servant’s heart who can work side by side with and for a skilled craftsman or a tradesman, and perform labor-intensive tasks.
- Equipment operator—an individual who has a good working knowledge of heavy equipment and machinery
- Kitchen worker—a lady that has a desire to serve the Lord in one of the most important positions, someone who can work with other ladies preparing all the meals for the week
- Anyone who wants to serve the Lord on the mission field
